The bear is wearing a yellow birthday hat decorated with white polka dots and an actual green tassel. The white foldover note card is covered with blue, pink, yellow, green, and orange polka dots. Your personalized text (and photo, if desired) is digitally printed on the inside of the foldover note card. Blank (unpersonalized) card is available and compatible with most desktop printers, so you can choose to print it yourself at home or have us custom print it for you. Perfect for birthday invitation. Card comes fully assembled, except foldover note card needs to be cut along perforation to form the number "1" shape after personalized text is printed.
